16 x two minute rounds combining boxing bag and pad work mixed with cardio and weight stations.
Class runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays
BoxSTRENGTH
Split into 3 sections. Cardio, Boxing and Weights. 5 rounds in each section followed by core work.
