This is the class for you! It is focused on the safe prescription of exercise for

post-natal women in a group setting, and is a beautiful opportunity to bond with your little one. Run by an experienced Exercise Physiologist.

The class is limited to 8 people max, so please ensure you book your spot.

An initial assessment is required prior starting these classes.

Doctor's or women's health 

physiotherapist clearance to exercise required.

Bubs must be 8 weeks - 12 months, with all immunisations up to date.
