Boxing Circuit
Our regular circuit of 12-16 rounds of boxing mixed with weights, cardio & core.
​
Each round is 2 mins with a 30 sec break in between rounds.
​
This structure allows you to go at your own pace.

BoxCORE
10-12 rounds of our boxing circuit with Core at the end of the rounds
​
We can also add in bag sprints before the core for the extra cardio boost!

BoxSTRENGTH
This circuit is a completely different structure.
​
It's split into 3 sections: cardio, boxing & strength. We complete core at the end as a group.
​
Each section has its benefits when done together.

BoxSKILLZ
This class is dedicated to honing in your boxing skills.
​
Purely a boxing only class you won't ever need to take your gloves off!
